POLÍTICAS DE RESERVACIÓN

Términos y condiciones

Politicas:

1. El Hotel no es responsable del dinero, alhajas, valores u otros bienes que el cliente no deposite en la caja de seguridad ni de los objetos dejados en su vehículo. (The Hotel is not responsible for the money, jewelery, values ​​or other goods that the client does not deposit in the safe or for the objects left in their vehicle.) 

2. Cualquier daño material al establecimiento deberá ser pagado al hotel antes de su salida, por el monto total que la Administración estipule. (Any material damage to the establishment must be paid to the hotel before departure, for the total amount stipulated by the Administration.) 

3. La alberca solo podrá usarse de 07:00 hrs. a 21.00 hrs. (The pool can only be used from 07:00 hrs. at 9:00 p.m.) 

4. Únicamente podrá hospedarse en el hotel la o las personas que se registren previamente en la administración. (Only the person or persons who previously registered with the administration can stay at the hotel.) 

5. El Hotel se reserva el derecho de admisión de toda persona a su establecimiento. (The Hotel reserves the right of admission of any person to its establishment.) 

6. La renta diaria por habitación se computará a partir de las 15:00 hrs. Si el huésped no desocupa la habitación antes de dicha hora se le cobrará otro día. (The daily rent per room will be calculated from 3:00 p.m. If the guest does not vacate the room before that time, another day will be charged.) 

7. El huésped garantiza con tarjeta de crédito y su equipaje el pago de su cuenta, por lo tanto, no podrá sacar su equipaje sin autorización de la administración. (The guest guarantees with a credit card and his luggage the payment of his account, therefore, he will not be able to take his luggage without authorization from the administration.) 

8. El huésped deberá pagar por adelantado su habitación y en el momento de hacer otros consumos. (The guest must pay in advance for their room and at the time of other consumption.) 

9. El huésped deberá pagar su cuenta cuando el hotel así lo requiera en efectivo o mediante tarjetas de crédito autorizadas. No se aceptan cheques personales, ni cualquier otro tipo de título de crédito. Si el cliente paga con moneda extranjera, se le hará un el cargo al tipo de cambio adicional por la conversión en moneda nacional. (The guest must pay their bill when the hotel requires it in cash or through authorized credit cards. Personal checks are not accepted, nor any other type of credit certificate. If the client pays with foreign currency, an additional charge will be made for the conversion in national currency.) 

10. En caso de fallecimiento de un huésped, la administración del hotel dará parte al ministerio público y pondrá a su disposición el equipaje del cliente. (In the event of the death of a guest, the hotel administration will notify the public prosecutor and make the customer's luggage available to them.) 

11. El Hotel rescindirá el contrato de hospedaje y pedirá al huésped que desocupe su habitación en los siguientes casos: (The Hotel will terminate the accommodation contract and will ask the guest to vacate their room in the following cases): 

A) Por violar las disposiciones de este reglamento. (For violating the provisions of this regulation.) 

B) Cuando el huésped escandalice, cometa faltas a la moral o cause molestias a la clientela del hotel. (When the guest is scandalized, commits lack of morals or causes inconvenience to the hotel's clientele.) 

C) Si causa daños materiales al establecimiento, cubriendo previamente el costo estipulado por la administración. (If it causes material damage to the establishment, previously covering the cost stipulated by the administration). 

D) Si el huésped cometiere delito. (If the guest commits a crime.) 

E) Si se ausenta del hotel por más de 48 horas, sin previo aviso a la administración. (If you are absent from the hotel for more than 48 hours, without prior notice to the administration.) 

F) Si el huésped padece de alguna enfermedad contagiosa. (If the host suffers from a contagious disease.) 

12. De acuerdo con la norma oficial Mexicana NOM-07-TUR-2002, el hotel cuenta con un seguro de responsabilidad civil mismo que detalla en el reglamento interior de hospedaje localizado en su habitación. 

(According to the official Mexican standard NOM-07-TUR-2002, the hotel has a civil liability insurance that is detailed in the internal lodging regulations located in your room.)
